I too am having the same problems with ama files. Why does not avid have a
batch relink ama function that allows one to change the drive letter. Things
get even worse with ama when you are working with macs and pc on the same
project. Mac just erases the drive letter. Why have drive letters at all?
The user points the ama to the drive and a batch relink, relinks the files
using the UNC. It can't be too difficult.
