Thanks for the heads-up! I was going to go and collect it myself, for the price of an economy air-fare (if I go for the US model, that is!). I had assumed that with HD standard, PAL and NTSC were a thing of the past, but maybe I'm wrong?
I probably won't have access to a Symphony, may have to pay to get a framerate conversion done, but I'm on a limited budget so I need to get the best/most efficient workflow.
Maybe I asked the wrong question to start with - is there a 'standard' workflow for shooting feature films originating on HD Video in the UK for delivery to multiple platforms, including theatrical release? Would one generally shoot 24p or 25p, taking into account 50Hz lighting and post-conversion?
Cheers,
James

Also note that monitoring NTSC based stuff on Your PAL equipment may be not possible; all things considered I'd shoot at 25P, You can convert to any frame rate You like moving Your project and mediafiles to an Avid Symphony.
