Re: [Avid-L2] Media Tool in 5.0.3 on a Mac getting NO RESULTS

 

If you look into the mediafiles directory, do you see any files
starting with <tapename>a01...?

If you don't, then they didn't give you any audio.

You could also turn on the Drive column in your bin view, which may
tell you where the system thinks the clips should be - although you
may just see the drive where the video media resides.

If you do see "a01." files, then maybe check the ownership and
permissions of those files.
