[Avid-L2] Re: Anyone else see this?

 

I agree, James. I will be downloading it the first day it's available, but not for "professional use", rather on a side system to learn and push around. FCP7.0 will still be the workhorse when needed until FCPX.x is stable and I feel good about sitting down with a client and cutting on it.

I also need to learn FCPX because I will need to be teaching it within 12 months and sooner or later one of the shops where I cut will move over to it. I hope to have a bit of an edge over other freelancers (for a short window) by jumping on it quickly...and yeah, I am pretty stoked about a brand new way of thinking...
