was a 40% increase in colon cancer in men who sat more than 6 hours a day.
One of our VFX guys went and asked his father in law the doctor about it who
said it was not entirely correct; in fact he said there were a multitude of
ailments that resulted from sitting that much. So in my case I have 10 hours
of sitting at work plus another hour and a half driving to and from work
plus lounging on the couch; basically I should be dead already.
Love your take on the client side, David. Honestly, most of the
creative directors that come in are standing over me anyways so maybe this
will level the playing field and for those on the couch I could actually
join them and become a viewer as well instead of sitting off to the side.
I'm quite excited now and hopefully will convert a couple follows in the
process.
