Re: [Avid-L2] Re: IO Express & deck control

I had a BMD card with 9-pin serial installed in a Mac Pro with Media
Composer on it. Obviously the card was no good for video (although I could
extend desktop onto it and do full screen playback for preview) - however
the 9-pin serial worked just fine.

As with just about any non-tested hardware configuration and Media Composer
- it can be a bit of a crap shoot really.
