Oliver,

Fair enough (and apologies I'm retreading covered ground-- I subscribe to your blog, so shame on me for not having checked there first). I'd stick with AMA ProRes the whole way if I weren't using AutoDuck at the end to online in FCP (which forces me to consolidate/transcode). So I figure I might as well go to DNx now and save a generation loss, however minute.
