just needed to check something - we have some 23.98 footage that needs to get into a 1080 50i project. we are working on a sn nitris dx 4.0.5 running on an xw8600, vista business and 8gb ram. Am i correct in thinking that we can digitise in to a 23.98 project then open the bin in a 50i project and symphony will add a motion adapter to the clip and let us play it out as 25 frames? This is a bit urgent so any help would be really appreciated. I had a quick search but couldn't find anything. We're going to be playing out to an HDCAM SR. If this is correct what effect will this have on the audio? will it be slowed slightly? will that be noticeable?
