[Avid-L2] where are my DAE plugins?

 

I went to drop Normalize on an audio track today and ....all my plugs are gone. Says "DAE no connected. DAE error -9169 0ccurred. I unintalled and installed the latest patch 5.0.3.6 but still no go.. What happened to them?
