The AMA links should be phased by duplicate names as the AMA indexing
process creates a UUID for the clip based on content rather than name, much
more robust than FCP's filename-only based approach. As long as you tell
Avid where to look for the media, it can determine what the clip is,
regardless of it's name

But, I'm not sure how how that will work in a AMA -> DNxHD -> AMA workflow
as I tested.
