You do know that marker behavior changed with FCP7, right? Now you can chose to have timeline markers ripple with sequence edits. One of those things changed because they listened to users. Oh wait, Apple doesn't do that ;-)

Since you asked:

- The ability to export sequence markers as scoring and compression markers.
- Master clip markers that show up in the bin/browser. You can see the comment as well as click on the marker and go to that point as a subclip.
- The ability to use 3rd party apps (Digital Heaven Final Print) to print bins using only marker points to display TC, comments and thumbnail.
- The ability to use 3rd party apps (Digital Heaven MovieLogger) to have non-editors screen QT files in a simple, task-oriented app, place markers, which can be exported as XML and used inside FCP.
