I¹ve never had to go through arbitration, but I have (reluctantly) signed a
few agreements. And I¹ve worked on some stories (and now a book) that
discuss the whole arbitration process. For folks like us, there is an
upside...but I think a bigger and steeper downside. However, I¹m not a
lawyer. So here¹s an attorney¹s plain-English discussion of arbitration
agreements that looks pretty useful to me...and note the suggestions to make
