scenarios where you will want to receive an email but won't know what
address it is coming from, such as the response to a job application, or
Sorenson sending you a software activation code. And if the support
email address bounces you for not being whitelisted that's just silly
(maybe it only accepts *@earthlink.net addresses?). Sounds like
Earthlink are trying to drive their customers away to me.
