That's really odd as I see no record. I will take it up with the support manager and see why the call wasnt logged.

FYI... I reached out to Wes already so I can get a handle on what he is seeing.

When you are ready and have some time, email me and I will have a tech that specializes on the Mac and MC reach out and start deep drilling this to figute it out.
