The new consolidated web page takes some time getting used to, there's a lot more products there now. But Symphony isn't that hard to find: You click on Products, first link top left, and you'll find it both in the left column "Products by family" (under Media Composer), and under Products by Category, Video Editing. Notice that DS has no family, so it's not represented in the left column. Notice also the right column item Related Products when viewing a specific product: On the DS product page they mention MC and Symphony, but no other page mentions DS.

It's a new site, I don't think we should read anything into this. It's actually harder to find info on a product like the Eleven Rack, which was just released and is getting rave reviews in the music press.
