Re: [Avid-L2] Conform 5D footage

Add timecode to Canon files (or other QT's), in a variety of flavours.
Be aware, if you use the time data stored in the .thm files (there is a
checkbox for that), it will NOT match the TC as it would be in FCP.
The Canon FCP plugin does not use the subseconds, so each clip starts at a
round second.
This app. does include the subseconds.

However, if you have already used Avid to import, just render out a self
contained QT.
(Uncompressed is overkill).
If you have imported in an offline codec, you should be able to re-import
the used clips even if there is no timecode.

For an optional EDL it does not matter, as only the Record side of the EDL
is interesting for grading.
