Yes. No change.

Single format. Matches project. It's 1080p imported from a Canon 5D, which I presume may be part of the problem.

That would be a deal-breaker. Note that the problem does NOT show up on Full Screen on either side of the card (either monitor).

Such as? There are no external devices connected, such as a Mojo or external drives. There are four internal drives. The video is DNxHD145 playing from 2 internal striped 7200RPM drives. Same clips (at ProRes) are fine in FCP on the exact same machine from the same media drives.
