[Avid-L2] OT: How to nurture Flaky Creative Types

OK this is REALLY off topic, but I figure people here will know what I'm
talking about better then most. Our company tends to be very straight
forward. We get projects done, done well, done on time, and done on
budget. We don't come up with off the wall fantastic ideas, "wow"
graphic treatments, or those great ideas that just put you back on your
heels. We've tried to freelance this type of creative but it just
doesn't seem to work. I'm looking for resources to nurture and support
even just a little of this left-brained thinking within our own
organization. Any suggestions for resources? (Besides pizza and a
6-pack for lunch on Friday - which seems to generate some of our best ideas)

Thanks
Mark
