[Avid-L2] FR: v5 Interface Settings Back

Hello all on the design teams,

I've been wowed with the amazing steps forward in v5, and I applaud
you all. However....
I just a attended a demo tonight and was disappointed to see that a
good portion of the interface customizability has been removed (e.g.
project window color, filler color, text color, mark i/o color, button
highlight color, button-innards color, etc.).

The changes to interface customizability have already created a
negative effect: white text with the AMA yellow highlight is
impossible to read.

Being that we all spend 10 hours+ a day in front of the tool, I would
very much like to see that customizability restored.
Speaking as both an editor and an instructor, that customization is
actually a very helpful feature and its removal is detrimental IMHO.
