You can do this by creating a batch file and running it when users log in.
Make sure every user has permission to access the shared folder/network
drive.
Open notepad. Type this command replacing the drive letter and network path
accordingly.
net use x: \\server1\sharedFolder
save this file as a batch file (somescript.bat) and save it in:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\GroupPolicy\User\Scripts\Logon
Now go to Start-->Run... and type "gpedit.msc" This is the group policy
editor.
Double Click User Config --> Windows Settings --> Scripts -- Logon then
click "add"
Next to script name click browse and find the batch file you saved above and
click ok.
Now any user on this local machine will execute the scripts in this folder
at logon.
