[Avid-L2] BCC lens flare transition

Trying to do a simple lens flare transition in BCC 6 AVX, I really
don't like the UI with these. But my issue is that I get the flare
and can keyframe the parameters but it does not show the incoming
video. It keeps the outgoing until the effect has ended. Not sure
where I am getting this wrong. One time Boris put out a bin of
prebuilt lens flare transitions and these were great. You could load
the bin and drop in. Tweak away but they worked really well. Problem
is they don't upgrade with BCC so old project lose the effect.
Bringing back something online and the flares are gone. Yikes. Have
to hand make them. But I am not getting this.

Any help is appreciated. Not much on their site.
