[Avid-L2] Re: 3D monitors and finishing

Hey 3's company was high quality technically at the time as was Sanford and Son. In high school I had a field trip with the marching band to Disneyland to play and we got to see a taping of Chico and the Man at NBC Burbank. I was so into TV production at the time I watched the stage like a hawk and those guys had their act together. I even talked a cameraman out of his shot sheet at the end of the night. I was on cloud 9. Content aside those shows were using the latest a greatest at the time. Can't speak to what generation of masters are airing now but there was a lot of effort technically on those shows by real tv engineers and operators. Besides they didn't have any firewire back then. ;-)
