We use Interdubs. And it has been fantastic. Best of all - Andreas will
crank out just about any feature that you need. He's very good and very
responsive to the customers.

I normally wouldn't push something like this, but I have not had 1
complaint from any clients in over 3 yrs about posted reviews. And his
pricing is competitive.

I am one of the cofounders of CreationFlow

I can mention 2 features that distinguish us from other tools you
mentioned:

- You can mark up the video. When you add a comment you can point that
section of the screen are you talking about. You can use a pencil to
draw whatever you want

- Intra-second comments: Comments are made on frames, not seconds. If
you need very precise feedback, this would help a lot.
