[Avid-L2] Xdcam EX and AutoDuck question

Hi Fellas,

I recently inherited an project shot on EX, which was being edited in FCP. We are now moving the project over to Avid and looking into using Autoduck to move the sequences.

Here's the problem, the clips in the FCP project were re-wrapped clips made using the EX clip browser. If I export the FCP sequence with Auto Duck, will the media in Avid, from an AMA drive, be able link to the clips in the sequence; how much does re-wrapping ex clips effect them?

We're running Avid 3.5.9, and the clips were made with EX clip browser 2.0., and the original project was in FCP 6.
