[Avid-L2] some AudioSuite Plug-Ins no longer available?

I'm cross-posting from the Avid Community Forums (see: http://community.avid.com/forums/p/80013/446390.aspx#446390)

I'm attempting to Master and Archive a project that was completed at the end of last year. When I try to Render the sequence, I get the error message: AudioSuite Plug-In '4-Band EQ II' was not found.

This project was originally done on MC 3.0 (Mac), but they have recently upgraded these systems to MC 4.0.4...

So, looking at the list of available effects in the AudioSuite it seems that 4-Band EQ II is no longer there.

Stranger still, if I Cancel or Bypass the effect appears to render, but only plays back the first syllable of the clip repeatedly for the duration of the clip. So, it's like: "I, I, I, I, I, I, I..." for about 15 secs. Awesome.

I found a similar thread on the PC MC forum relating to a missing Compressor effect after upgrading with directions on how to move the correct .dpm files around to get them to work, but I can't seem to locate these files on these systems.

Any clues?
