[Avid-L2] MetaFuze and Red Rocket

Finally had some time to do a little testing with MetaFuze and Red Rocket.

I¹ve installed and tried RedCine-X and can confirm that my Rocket card is
functioning (24 fps playback of R3D files in Half Premium at desktop level
for example). I¹ve rolled back driver and firmware to accomodate MetaFuze
afterwards.

Here¹s the bad news: a 50MB R3D file takes 7 seconds to transcode WITHOUT
the Rocket Card installed, and takes 18 seconds to transcode WITH the Rocket
Card installed. Transcoding R3D to 1080/24p 8-bit DNxHD36, 2:1 to
letterboxed.

In other words: the Rocket support seems to seriously slow down the process.
I cannot imagine that this is intentional.

I¹m on an XW8600 under Vista Biz 64bit SP1, 2xQC 3.0GHz, 8GB RAM, internal
SATA drives. MF 2.1.1.

Also tried to roll back to 2.1.0, same deal, same issue, same transcoding
times.

Did another test with a 1GB  R3D file (35 secs clip, 850 frs)

Settings: 2:1 Letterboxed, Transcode set to 8bit 1080/24p DNxHD 36, no
burnin.

Without Rocket installed: 1m50s

With Rocket installed: 4m55s

Issue has been escalated.
