[Avid-L2] Re: OT: Grass Valley 110 switcher tally lights - Epilogue

Well that's the GVG I've known and loved over the years. Glad to see the people that work their still maintain their commitment to customer service. A fitting Xmas Eve post.

Chris Merrill - Product Manager, Live Production for Grass Valley in Nevada City, California calling to tell me that in their archives he had found a manual for the model 110 switcher and provided me with a scan via email of the 4 pages related to hooking up the tally lights and the GPI triggers! Can you believe that service?!?! I didn't even have to call for Tech Support – they called ME! LOL
