Actually, something like R3D with Red Rocket would make that possible. R3D
files are pretty small, a single shooting day averages around 100GB. So a
feature with 45 shooting days would well fit on 5TB of storage.
Since you would be able to start with R3D, work with R3D, render in R3D,
using something like a RedRocket card to do the Debayering to 2K, the
turnover to grading or a round trip through VFX would be dead easy and fast.
