Have you tried just mapping the keystrokes to where you want them?

I don't have 3.59 loaded on my PC, but I'd be very surprised it the
commands were completely missing on the PC side.

Hit control-3 to call up the Command Palette and look in each tab for
the commands you're looking for.

The audio split buttons on a Mac 4.0 are in the Edit Tab. The default
keyboard setting on a Mac 4.0 system has the audio split buttons
mapped to Shift-E and Shift-R. Go to audio in and out are mapped to Q
and W. Maybe these aren't the keys you were looking for, but a trip to
the Command Console should solve most issues, or if you can find the
command you want in the menu pulldowns, map it from the command
console to a key.
