Oliver I agree with you. But from what I'm encountering Red has really eliminated the DIT position as it is seen as a data capture camera and not a HD camera with video processing. The position for Red is seen as needing a less experienced data capture tech, pixel pusher or data wrangler. It still amazes me how exposure is such a problem as it can be seen on any monitor.
