[Avid-L2] Re: MC 3.5.9

I've been using it for about a week. Seems good so far. Very similar to 3.5.6. Main differences for me are that 16 mm key numbers now count correctly (20 frames per key rather than 40) and audio dissolves play correctly.

My main problem with this build -- and with 3.5.6 -- is the frequency with which audio waveforms update. This is related to Fast Scrub (in timeline preferences). If you have Fast Scrub turned on, and like to look at waveforms when you cut, you're going to be in for a lot of waiting.
