I run Zoom at a meeting hall and I have my own Windows 10 user setting. There is a generic Windows 10 user setting for all the other Zoom users. For some reason the Podium Lumina Camera started displaying upside down in Zoom when Zoom video is set to use the "Plus" feed from the camera. The Camera has a "Raw" feed and a "Plus" feed. The difference is the Plus feed enables auto tracking of the subject and that feature doesn't work when Zoom is set to the Raw feed. Only the Plus feed is inverted.
This is Windows 10 and it's been working for over a year with the Lumina Camera. The OS Camera App shows the camera right side up. I found in the Lumina Camera Control app I can flip the image and then Zoom is okay in Plus mode but then the Raw feed is upside down. They have always displayed in the same orientation when swicthing. I don't think Zoom has been updated but clearly my user settings for Windows 10 work normally and the generic user setting have this issue. I'm primarily a Mac person. Is there something under the hood in Windows 10 that could have been changed that would flip just the Plus feed into Zoom? I know the OS Camera App interacts with the video levels of the camera in Zoom so maybe there could be something in the Camera App, which we don't use for anything but trouble shooting. When Zoom on Plus is upside down running the Camera App instead shows the camera normal.
Any settings suggestion that involve this stuff? Why would only the Plus feed get flipped in Zoom?
