That old QT Pro properties window does not show frames. It's seconds with decimals. Useless for us.

Go back to Avid, output 20:00 duration, be done. I guarantee they've been telling you the wrong thing to look at. Avid's 20:00 duration is it.

Here's a bit more info.  When I shortened the 20 sec promo by one frame the Properties window duration went from 2:08 to 2:05.  So one frame actual change leads to a 3 frame change in the properties duration???
