[Avid-L2] Move just the media in a sequence to a new system

This should be doable with the AAF - Copy complete files.  But there is a long standing issue where ProRes media stops this.

Any other tools that can get this done?

I want the complete clips to allow the two locations to continue work on the sequence with out having to resorting to relink dances.
