My master project is 23.976 but I have sources in all kinds of frame rates. I've brought everything into a matching frame rate project and checked to maintain the clips frame rate. If I want to playback frame for frame to avoid motion artifacts I know I can go to the source settings of a clip and choose 23.976 in the playback tab. This comes with the baggage of having to refresh the sequence with motion adapters if the clip is already in the timeline. I'm wondering if it would be more expedient to just go to the automatic motion adapter added to differing frame rate clips and setting the motion adapter to 100%. Anybody have a workflow approach in these situations?
