Any of the Blackmagic I/O will work. As well as the AJA devices. 

DNxIQ works just fine. It is our primary IO even with Resolve (except for 4K HDR).

I need the broadest support for SD through 4K work.  This seems to fit those needs best from the hardware options presented on the Avid "hardware" website.
