I brined and then spatchcocked my Bell & Evans turkey, injected it with duck fat, sprinkled on some proprietary seasonings, then put it in the Adobe Media Encoder oven at 450º. It seemed to be browned to perfection when I monitored it. Just before delivery to the client's plate, I did a QC check and thought the color seemed a little washed out. Do you have a LUT for making the color consistent from oven to plate? -- Mark Block
