You would think this would be simple, but… in poking around the web site, I don't get the windows that the instructions say I'm supposed to get in order to facilitate the renewal. 

Plus, any windows I do get do not reflect the pricing that is being offered here.

Maybe Avid hasn't updated their web site… to accommodate something they say has to be done no later than ten days from now?
