I have heard the new Win10 update make then compatible again.

We get the error when we close both on windows 7 and 10. from the research i've done, it's based on the NITRIS DX box we've got connected. running the same software on rooms with just a KONA card do not show the same problem. since the nitris is EOL, avid is not actively pursuing a solution.
