[Avid-L2] FCP 7 / Auto Duck Help

I'm getting a music documentary to finish.  It's a pretty simple show
from a video standpoint.  Likely lots of audio tracks.  The editor is
working in FCP 7.0.3 on a Mac running OS 10.6.8.  The goal is to get her
project into Media Composer, then after I make any timing adjustments,
I'll export an AAF for the sound mixer.

I'm hoping to find a copy of the old Auto Duck plugin that will allow
her to export an audio and video AAF file for me.  I wasn't able to find
one online.  Thoughts?  Comments?  Helpful ideas? Easier ways to
accomplish this?  Many Thanks.  --J.B.

P.S. She doesn't have to deliver it to me for at least a month so, for
now, time isn't a problem.
