With all due respect and condolences Bouke, my confusion on this matter stems from the fact that you deemed Owen closing his initial, valid on-topic question about running MC on a new Mac/Catalina to be Off-Topic because he used the words "stay safe". 

Let me be absolutely clear... I do not want political or religious topics on the L2. I don't even want them in my personal life and I certainly don't want them in my professional life. But, telling someone to stay safe is not a political statement. It does not imply that a person is for one thing or another, (well except being for the well-being of other humans - and I am ok with that). It's a might over-sensitive, in my opinion, to construe it as a political statement.
