Re: [Avid-L2] New Mac Pro with BootCamp?

You create a second partition using BootCamp and then install Windows on there. If you have VMware Fusion you can choose to boot directly into Windows, or to access your windows partition from within the MacWorld using VMware. It's a little bit faster using a real Boot Camp Windows installation on disk rather than a virtual machine using a VMDK file I think.

If you install Windows on a MacPro you can use an Nvidia card for Graphics 😉

I've never run boot camp.  Is there a benefit to just running a windows 10 partition over using a boot camp scenario?  How do you create the windows partition?  Is it done on a PC.  I'm surprised it shows up as a boot option but then I've never thought about that and only read about boot camp setups.
