Well before you do all that, just make a new user with everything at default and see if it works.

So, to fix one little quirk between .11 and .12, I have to manually re-enterall my keyboard settings, plus try to remember all the weird little things I've moved or mapped, plus re-set up all my work spaces.

Switched from 2019.11 to 2019.12 without making new user settings - now sequence names above the timeline side of the monitor are mix-sized-fonts.  That is, the WORDS are normal, like 12 point or whatever, but the numbers and TEENIE TINY!  Never seen this before and can't find where to reset it.  

I tried google and RTFM, but unable to locate this specific issue.
