[Avid-L2] Re: Anybody seen this? QuickTime Player 7 quit unexpectyiedly while using the libicucore.A.dylip plug-in.

Okay I found this that seems related:

Marianna was there a resolution in this thread?  QT 7Pro won't even run now on my computer.  Booting to a different startup drive it works.  I'm in the process of Carbon Copy Cloning etc... and will try a restore after I get this project out.

Any suggestions on just reinstalling QTPro 7 without losing my Pro License that came from FCP 7 install would be apprectiated.  Can I find a link and just reinstall QT 7 over the old installation.  This is a job for Phillip H.  ;-)

I booted Avid then quit upon restart it hangs at Quicktime_OPClient_AVX.  Now QT doesn't work and I get the error,"QuickTime Player 7 quit unexpectyiedly while using the libicucore.A.dylip plug-in."  Nothing changed all I did was boot Avid then Quit now I can't boot avid and QT won't play .movs.  Of course I'm under a deadline.

Is there a way to reinstall QT 7Pro.  It was initially installed and turned pro when I installed FCP 7.  Or some sort of QT Repair?
