[Avid-L2] Locked out of Master Account

 

If anyone from Avid customer care is on the list, please contact me at eric.gleske@oregonstate.edu as I am locked out of my master account and can't purchase anything. Can't even seem to find a way to contact support to be able to fix it so I can log in without first logging in.
