I was suggesting trying the first option, if that wasnt clear.  The speed difference is quite small and the result is perfect.  Of course you have to deal with the implications of possibly adjusting your edits and sound, if any.

Fluid motion often results in freaky funhouse artifacts, in my experience.

The options are to play the clips at project fps 23.98 so they slow down.
Or try fluid motion speed change.



Or convert them via alchemist externally.
Avids blending framerate conversion produces that ghosting affect.
