Is anyone else having issues with Adobe Media Encoder when compressing Avid exports? I've been doing this for years. Export SAS or ProRes and drop into Encoder to make MP4 or ProRes from SAS. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Encoder does not see any video. Just sees audio. And defaults the image size to 4x3. This is really odd and has shut down this part of my workflow. Adobe support was of no help telling me to get Handbrake and take movies there first. I reinstalled Encoder as well but same behavior. What is going on? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
