[Avid-L2] Output to Quicktime

I am attempting to do a very simple output of a short dance piece to Quicktime. My parameters seem fine, pretty standard. When it is output, I can see and hear the piece with no trouble from my desktop and it looks and sounds good. When I send (whether via mail drop or dropbox because of the size of file to client there's no audio at all. Have tried several things, changing audio to 44.1 and mono, changing back, have sent sneaker net with a flash drive. I am about to go totally old school and burn a CD-ROM. The client has a PC and does not have Media Composer (thus sending Quicktime). Secondary client has a Mac, but still can't hear any audio..

This is so simple and stupid it's causing me to pull out my hair one hair at a time. What the heck am I doing wrong???????

Thanks for any help that's out there!
