That works for resetting Adobe Media Encoder IIRC. Is it correct to apply those same option + cmd when opening any of the apps in the Adobe Suite to reset them? I know I've used it on AME to get it to stop trying to load a QT Ref that was somehow stored in the queue on start up.

I can't seem to open Photoshop today as its telling me my scratch disk is full. I don't know which drive is my scratch as I don't think I ever assigned one but all my drives have at least 50GB or more on them. What could be the issue here?
