Same here, AppMan 2018.8, Win 10, at boot time the AppMan is not logged into my Avid account, nor It does remember my credentials. It's been like this for quite a few years and releases, no use restarting or clearing the cache. When I wrote about this in the Avid forums Marianna replied that it shouldn't work like this.
